2.1 Anonymous visit of our websites
An anonymous visit of the Uhlenbruch websites is possible at any time. At every request of our websites the website provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in “server log files”. These are: browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address, timestamp, landing page, country. Furthermore, it will be analyzed with which search engine and search item you have entered our websites. The data gathering is anonymously and does not allow us to make any conclusions to the user. This automatically collected data will be send by your computer due to technical reasons and will not be saved longer as necessary.

Personal data within the meaning of the BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act) are individual details that can be used to find out personal or factual circumstances about you. Our websites may provide the option of registering as a participant by providing personal information. The type of personal data (e.g. mandatory: title, name, position/department, company, address, phone number, email) transmitted results from the registration form. The data you enter will be processed solely for the purposes stated in connection with the registration.

2.2.3 List of participants
By signing up as a participant for our events you will have the opportunity to get in contact with potential business partners. We will distribute solely to the attendees a list of participants stating full name and company. Further information will not be published in the list of participants. Due to this list it is possible to investigate further contact details of the participants and to get personally in touch for meetings, etc.

The consent in order to be published in the list of participants is as follows:
I agree that my name and company will be published in the list of participants. The list will be issued in the conference binder as well as on the secure event website of Uhlenbruch.
You can revoke this consent at any time without having to give any reason.

2.2.4 Newsletter subscription
In order to receive our newsletter you have the opportunity to sign up by providing personal data. The type of personal data (e.g. mandatory: name, company, email) transmitted to the results from the respective registration form. The data you enter will be processed solely for the purposes stated in connection with the registration. The newsletter contains all relevant information and updates of our events. You may unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or contact us directly. We will process your personal information based on your consent.

The consent in order to receive the newsletter is as follows:
I agree to regularly receive the newsletter of Uhlenbruch GmbH. For that purpose, my email address will be recorded.
The data you enter will be processed solely for the purposes stated in connection with the registration and will not be distributed to third parties.

You can contact us via the contact form in order to get in touch with us personally. Therefore, it is mandatory to fill out the personal data (e.g. name, email). The data you enter will be processed solely for the purposes stated in connection with the contact form. Please note that data is transmitted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which means that the communication between your computer and our server will be secure as long as your browser supports SSL.
